2010 Mid Year Expenditures

Your financial support is greatly needed. This organization relies on public donations for funding and the economy has kept many donors from contributing. Please help us continue our mission of saving lives and providing needed services to the communities. This organization is comprised of volunteers and we use foster care for our pets. We do not own or rent a facility. This helps keep operating costs very low. Please consider making a donation today.

SXSW 2008

In the summer of 2007, several individuals met to discuss how to make a difference in animal welfare.

Pet overpopulation is a problem across the country, but particularly in the State of Oklahoma. Rescue groups do their best to save pets that are lost or abandoned, but the numbers are overwhelming. Many pets end up in municipal shelters, but their time there is limited. This is not the fault of the shelter, but the lack of understanding and commitment of the community the shelter supports.

Partnering for Pets, Inc. mission is to work with municipal animal shelters and the community. Educate the community on the importance of spay/neuter programs and your pets health benefits for early age spay or neuter. Get the community involved in the issues your municipal shelter is facing and work together to resolve them.

Our logo may be simple, but our task is not. Many animal welfare organizations have been in existence for decades and we are still a long way off from resolving the pet overpopulation crisis. It’s time for state governments and communities to work together and end this crisis.

Please help support this organization. Volunteer your time, services, or provide financial support. Pet overpopulation is a community problem and will need you and the support of the community to resolve.

We desperately need your help. Please donate today!
